WOODBRIDGE, Va. (May 13, 2025) — Prince William Water recently recognized 12 middle and high school students from Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park for their exceptional water- and wastewater-related projects at the 2025 Prince William-Manassas Regional Science & Engineering Fair.

How do I register?

  1. Visit www.princewilliamwater.org, click on "My Account" and then "Customer Login."
  2. Choose Sign Up Now.
  3. Enter your information to verify your account, create username, password and security question.
  4. Once you have registered, you will only need your username and password to log in. 

How do I change my account information?

How do I report a potential water main break?

  • To report a potential water main break during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., call Customer Service at (703) 335-7950. 
  • To report a break during weekends and evenings, call Emergency Dispatch at (703) 335-7990.

What if I accidentally deleted the email notification for my bill?

You can view your current bill by logging on to your account at www.princewilliamwater.org. You may also call Customer Service at (703) 335-7950, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. 

I can’t pay my bill by the due date. Can I get an extension?

Contact Customer Service at (703) 335-7950 Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., or email customerservice@pwwater.org, to discuss an extension. Please allow two (2) business days for email inquiries. 

What do I do if I did not receive a bill?

If you didn't receive a bill, please do one of the following: 

  1. Call Customer Service at (703) 335-7950, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. 
  2. Email your request to CustomerService@pwwater.org.
