The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a planning document identifying future capital projects and schedules of capital project activity as projected by all Prince William Water divisions. It does not commit funding; rather, it sets planning level project budgets, indentifies funding sources, approximates funding allocation and estimates project schedules.
