The Procurement Department is located at the Raymond Spittle Building, 4 County Complex Court in Woodbridge, Virginia.
Vendors must register with Prince William Water to receive automatic notification about bids, proposals, and addenda. To become a registered vendor, complete the Vendor Registration Form online.

Vendor Meetings
Generally, Vendor Meetings are scheduled virtually through Microsoft Teams as follows:
Third Wednesday of the Month
10 a.m.-12 p.m.

Please call 703-335-8925 to schedule an appointment for a Vendor Meeting between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday-Friday (EST).
Note: During this informal meeting, a representative of the company will have an opportunity to provide a brief, 20-minute presentation about their services or products for Prince William Water end users. Attendance at this meeting does NOT guarantee receiving a contract award.
