Prince William Water: An Improved Customer Experience!

We have proudly served Prince William County for over 40 years, distributing clean drinking water and returning treated wastewater to the environment. Now, we have several updates to improve your customer experience.

New Name, New Features for Customers

We have begun doing business as Prince William Water! Formerly the Prince William County Service Authority, our updated name and logo better communicate our mission as a water utility and the important environmental messaging we share with the community we serve.
 

We launched a new, user-friendly website with improved navigation, better accessibility and new features. We also introduced a new mobile application for convenient access to account management, payment on the go and reporting a problem. You can download our new mobile app, Prince William Water, in the Apple App and Google Play stores.

These enhancements are in addition to our recently updated customer engagement portal, available through our website, which allows you to view your water and sewer usage, sign up for recurring or scheduled payments, and manage your account.
 

Prince William Water Transition

Our transition to Prince William Water is taking place over time. You will now see the Prince William Water name on most customer-facing communications. Also, when our employees are working out in the community, you will see Prince William Water on our vehicles, employee uniforms and employee badges.

We are phasing in the implementation to manage this transition in a cost-effective way, which means:

• Your bill has a new look but will be delivered to you the same way you have opted to receive it;
• You may make checks and electronic payment transactions payable to Prince William Water, Prince William County Service Authority or PWCSA.
• There will be no changes to your e-Bill or recurring scheduled payment enrollments; please note that e-bill communications will now come from ebill@pwwater.org. 
• Many of our customer-facing items are electronic and will reflect the new brand right away;
• Some items—like uniforms and signage —will be phased in over time; and
• Certain assets —like our elevated water tanks—will incorporate the new brand only as they are replaced or rehabilitated.
