The Operations & Maintenance Division is responsible for providing uninterrupted water and sewer service to our customers by operating and maintaining all Prince William Water infrastructure assets that store and distribute potable water and all assets that receive and convey untreated wastewater to treatment facilities.

Jonathan Okafor, Acting Director
Jonathan Okafor has over 37 years of varied progressive experience managing and supervising professionals and paraprofessionals in engineering planning, design, construction, and operations and maintenance in the civil and environmental fields. Mr. Okafor holds Bachelor's of Science and Master's of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Urban Systems Engineering, respectively. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Virginia and an Asset Management Professional. Mr. Okafor's work passion is enabling data-driven decision making through holistic asset management initiatives.
