Brian Sipes, Director
Brian Sipes has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Before joining Prince William Water, Mr. Sipes was with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, where he advised the board on the establishment of auditing and related professional practice standards. Brian also was an auditor with an international accounting firm for over a decade. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
