The Division of Communications is responsible for creating and implementing strategies to educate and engage customers and community members about Prince William Water's essential role in supporting public health, environmental stewardship and economic vitality in Prince William County.

Kathy Bentz, Director
Kathy Bentz has more than 25 years of experience in communications and community engagement in Prince William County. She previously served as Executive Director of Leadership Prince William, owned Bentz Communications LLC and served as Communications Director for Prince William County Government. Ms. Bentz has a Bachelor of Science in Print Journalism from West Virginia University and a master’s in Public Communication from The American University.
